The candidate will be responsible for court appearances via Zoom and Live, brief writing, and motions and oppositions to motions. Draft and prepare contracts and memoranda. Manage discovery preparation, litigation work, and research and draft complaints. Deal with residential and commercial closings and landlord/tenant representation. Must have an active license to practice law in New Jersey.
