Position: Senior Attorney
Location: Century City/Walnut Creek/Newport Beach/Roseville, California
Schedule: Hybrid schedule, with optional work-from-home days on Mondays and Fridays

Responsibilities:
- Conduct complex research projects for the prosecution of Knight Law's cases
- Assist with trial strategy and serve as second or third chair at trial
- Draft legal documents and appear at hearings
- Conduct depositions of various witnesses
- Provide senior level oversight for junior attorneys
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve firm policies and procedures
- Provide legal support for inter- and intradepartmental operations
- Resolve issues in a timely manner

Qualifications:
- . from an ABA accredited law school
- Member in good standing of the California Bar
- At least 7 years of litigation experience as a licensed attorney
- Genuine interest in consumer protection and representation
- Hunger for professional growth
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
- Experience supervising and training junior attorneys preferred
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office, Westlaw, and Outlook
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Organized and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and use technology solutions
- Ability to travel within California as needed
- Able to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
