Toledo office of a **Members Only** Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a labor and employment attorney with experience. The candidate will be counseling clients on practical and effective business practices; defending clients against claims filed in courts and administrative agencies involving harassment, discrimination, wage and hour disputes, safety, workers? compensation, trade secret/non-compete issues and related matters; and representing clients in private and public sector collective bargaining. Litigation experience preferred. Must be Licensed to practice law in Ohio.
