Labor Attorney - Collective Bargaining and Negotiations:

- Focus exclusively on labor negotiations and collective bargaining
- Operate independently with little oversight
- Regular travel throughout Washington is mandatory

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years of collective bargaining experience strongly preferred
- Ability to run bargaining sessions independently from day one
- Extensive experience representing employers or unions in bargaining and negotiations
- Competency in providing legal advice and counsel on NLRA issues
- Strong communication skills and personable demeanor
- Impeccable drafting skills, specifically with contracts and collective bargaining agreement language
- Member of the Washington State Bar Association or able to obtain membership within a reasonable period
- Washington resident or planning to relocate to the Seattle area
