**Job Title**
Ethics & Compliance Capabilities Coordinator, Monitoring & Response

**Job Responsibilities**
As an Ethics & Compliance (E&C) Coordinator, you will be integral to the Monitoring and Response team within the company's Ethics and Compliance function. Your responsibilities include:

- Assisting in implementing and executing a comprehensive monitoring program.
- Conducting periodic risk-based monitoring to evaluate adherence to regulatory and internal requirements.
- Selecting samples, reviewing documentation, assessing non-compliance, and supporting remediation efforts.
- Collaborating closely with colleagues from the company's Risk and Legal groups to ensure cross-functional communication regarding monitoring results and overall remediation efforts.
- Playing a key role in developing solutions tailored for the unique needs of the company.
- Contributing to the overall change management process by collaborating with a varied set of stakeholders across all company functions.

**Education and Experience Information**
- An undergraduate degree or advanced graduate degrees in Law or Accounting.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in risk, ethics, compliance, and/or governance in a large organization.
- At least 1 year of experience testing internal controls, conducting compliance audits, or monitoring compliance programs.
- Experience working in highly dynamic cross-functional and global teams is preferred.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- An analytical mindset with excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local office language(s), with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels.
- A strong entrepreneurial drive and ownership mentality to progress on ambiguous problems and see them through to resolution.
- Exceptional time management skills to meet responsibilities in a complex and largely autonomous work environment.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred.

**Salary Information**
For . applicants, the estimated salary range for this role is $78,400 - $113,000 USD. This range is an estimate of the lowest to highest salary for this role at the time of posting and may vary based on factors such as office location, experience, skills, start date, and organizational needs. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonuses, subject to the company's discretion and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance.
