Job Title: Asset & Wealth Management Tax Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and develop team members to deliver exceptional results and achieve top-quality deliverables.
- Manage client service accounts and drive engagement workstreams by supervising teams and independently solving and analyzing complex problems.
- Utilize the company's technical knowledge and industry insights to address client needs and provide solutions.
- Drive digitization, automation, and efficiency improvements within the team and for clients.
- Coach teams to enhance their skills and performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Oversee successful planning, budgeting, and execution of projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and deliverables are met.
- Develop skills outside comfort zones and encourage team members to do the same.
- Address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.
- Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, the company's code of conduct, and independence requirements.
Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in the field is necessary.
- Credentials such as CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific certifications may qualify for this opportunity.

Salary Information:
The salary range for the Asset & Wealth Management Tax Manager position is $99,000 - $266,000, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within this range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
