Job Title: Tax Director - Global Information Reporting

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on global tax information reporting and withholding rules.
- Lead efforts to develop new business opportunities.
- Make critical decisions to influence client outcomes.
- Manage and shape client engagements.
- Provide mentorship to emerging leaders.
- Foster a culture where technology and people excel together.
- Oversee various projects to confirm alignment with strategic goals.
- Maintain the company's standards of quality and integrity.

Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience is necessary.
- Candidates must have a CPA, be an Enrolled Agent, or be an Active Member of the Bar.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in Management Information Systems & Accounting, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or Taxation.
- Experience providing guidance to clients regarding compliance with global tax information reporting.
- Proficiency in researching complex tax issues and reaching valid conclusions.
- Familiarity with reviewing US IRS tax forms and related tax documentary evidence.
- Capability to lead staff in preparing and filing information returns.
- Experience in developing innovative technology solutions to increase efficiency.
- Skills in training and managing local staff.
- Ability to execute client engagements to meet statutory, regulatory, and project-based deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $438,000, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within this range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. Additionally, the company offers a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.
