Associate Attorney The candidate's duties include: Manage an independent caseload; Prepare petitions, applications, briefs, motions and other filings; Represent clients before the EOIR, USCIS, DOS, ICE and BIA; Conduct legal research; and Work collaboratively with managing attorney and staff.
