Job Title:
Senior Life Science Prosecution Attorney (Group Lead)

Job Responsibilities:
- Support the development of the law firm's Life Science practice.
- Co-lead the growth of the Life Science/Biotech/Medtech patent prosecution space alongside the current Life Sciences practice lead.
- Engage in patent prosecution, providing top-quality work for a growing list of exciting clients in the Life Science and Medtech industries.
- Work collaboratively within the law firm to enhance client relations and business growth.
- Address challenges associated with BIGLAW, such as conflicts, increasing billable rates, and billable hour requirements, to provide a better value proposition for clients.

Education and Experience Information:
- Must be a member of the USPTO Bar.
- Must be a member of the California Bar.
- Must hold a PhD or MS degree in a Life Sciences-related field.
- Must have 8+ years of experience in patent prosecution.
- Should possess at least some portable book of business.

Salary Information:
