Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced attorney (4+ years) with a proven track record in corporate and business transactional practice to work on an as-needed basis (potential for 3-10 hours per week). This is a remote opportunity for attorneys who are seeking additional work to supplement their existing practice.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a variety of business and corporate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, business formations, and corporate governance matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate various business contracts and agreements.
Provide strategic legal advice to clients on compliance, risk management, and corporate governance.
Collaborate with other attorneys in the firm to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients across business and intellectual property needs.

Qualifications

Active bar license (Ohio required).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate transactional law.
Experience drafting and negotiating a variety of agreements and contracts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Experience working remotely.
Self-motivated with an ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently.
Availability for 3-10 hours per week (as-needed).
