Duties:

  • Represent clients in personal injury cases, including construction accidents and workplace injuries.
  • Prepare, draft, and file legal documents such as discovery, pleadings, and mediation briefs.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategy and legal arguments.
  • Interview clients, witnesses, and other relevant parties to gather case information.
  • Advise clients on legal matters and potential case outcomes.
  • Develop case strategies, including presenting evidence effectively in court.
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
  • Stay current with relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
  • Proven experience handling trial cases, particularly in personal injury or workplace injuries.
  • Strong desire to ethically pursue justice for clients.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct detailed legal research.
  • Highly organized, able to manage a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong professionalism and high ethical standards.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law in California.
