Job Title: Senior Corporate Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Assist clients with mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, and other corporate transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various corporate agreements and documents.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support client needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and provide tailored legal solutions.
- Stay updated on changes in corporate law and industry trends to effectively advise clients.

Education and Experience Information:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the State Bar of California.
- 10+ years of experience in corporate law at a law firm or in-house legal department.
- Proven track record of managing client matters independently and delivering high-quality legal work.
- Deep understanding of corporate law, M&A, securities, and business transactions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical ability.
- A commitment to integrity, teamwork, and professional growth.

Salary Information:
- Compensation packages for senior attorneys are negotiated depending on their expected production.
- Pay scale is defined to include the range of base pay, estimated to be $225,000 – $275,000 per year.
- May include incentive compensation ranging from 10% - 20% of fees paid.

Additional Information:
- The position can be based in any of the law firm's offices: Silicon Valley (downtown San Jose), Tri-Valley (Pleasanton), or Peninsula (San Mateo). Travel between locations may be necessary.
