- Bilingual in Spanish/English is required
- Must have at least 3 years of immigration experience
- Availability to work some Saturdays
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish

Job Description

As an Immigration Attorney at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., you will be responsible for a variety of duties including analyzing case issues, preparing and filing applications, drafting affidavits and declarations, and communicating with clients. Some of the specific tasks and responsibilities include:

- Familiarity with family-based immigration forms
- Ability to handle USCIS, EOIR, and NVC applications
- Assignments may include G28, FOIA requests, I-130, NVC, 212 Waiver, 601 Waiver, I-90, N-400, Sentri Appeal, U-Visa, VAWA, Derivative Citizenship, Work Permit, Asylum, Prosecutorial Discretion, Administrative Closure, and Removal
- Maintaining an organized and up-to-date client database
- Providing excellent customer service and communication with clients
- Staying updated on client case status and keeping clients informed
- Collaborating with other attorneys at the firm

Qualifications

- Valid Bar license
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Knowledge of the EOIR court system
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Professional attitude and appearance

Schedule and Location

This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift, and may require some weekend work. The firm is located in San Diego, CA and the ability to commute to this location is required.
