**Job Summary:**
As a Banking & Capital Markets Tax Manager at PwC, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the largest and most influential financial institutions in the world. You will provide tax advice and strategic consulting related to tax planning, compliance, and risk management for our clients in the financial services industry. In this role, you will help our clients navigate the constantly changing and complex tax environment, both nationally and internationally.

**Qualifications:**
**Basic Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- 4+ years of experience in a tax role.
- CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Extensive knowledge and experience in dealing with tax issues for multinational US companies or publicly traded entities.
- Proven success as a tax technical professional, researching business and industry trends to develop a point of view.
- Experience with automation and digitization in a professional services environment.
- Familiarity with tax tools and resources such as Corptax, OneSource, Westlaw, RIA, and CCH.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience with pricing and client value.
- Ability to manage engagements and prepare accurate documents while balancing project economics.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to provide feedback and create a positive work environment.

**Salary Information:**
The salary range for this position is $98,300 - $266,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws. PwC also offers a wide range of benefits to its employees.
