PwC is currently seeking a Senior Manager for our Mergers and Acquisition Partnership Tax team. This role is responsible for providing tax advice and guidance during mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions, as well as developing tax structures and assisting clients in navigating complex tax regulations to optimize tax outcomes. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in partnership taxation and qualitative analysis, as well as a CPA, JD, or other relevant credentials. The salary range for this position is $119,300 - $328,000, with the potential for an annual discretionary bonus. Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide large projects related to mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions
- Maintain high operational standards and ensure project success by engaging with clients at a senior level
- Foster trust with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Encourage and guide teams to resolve complex issues
- Represent the company in community organizations
- Develop and implement impactful tax strategies
- Utilize technical expertise to deliver quality results
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in partnership taxation and qualitative analysis
- CPA, JD, or other relevant credentials may be considered for this opportunity
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Juris Doctorate, or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation field of study preferred
