Supervising Immigration Attorney The candidate will be handling a caseload of immigration cases under the direction of a managing attorney and taking care of case review of legal assistants' casework in addition to ongoing supervision. Should have 1-3 years of employment-based immigration law experience is the range of experience suitable for this position with experience supervising legal staff. Should have communication skills, a high degree of being detail-oriented, and a strong aptitude for leadership and teamwork. Should be licensed to practice law in any state, though a California license is preferred and a JD from an ABA-accredited law school. Being bilingual is preferred.
