Job Title: **Members Only** Relationship Manager
Job Responsibilities:
The **Members Only** Relationship Manager (RM) plays a central role in fulfilling the client-centric promise of Company by acting as the primary client advisor. This role involves recommending banking, borrowing, and investment solutions tailored to help clients achieve their financial goals. The RM is responsible for leading and coordinating an extended advisory team, including trust, investment, and planning strategists, to address complex client relationships.
Key duties include:
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of clients’ needs through the analysis of personal and business financial data gathered from Relationship Reviews, the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) system, and personal meetings. The RM captures clients’ goals in a financial plan.
- Preparing and delivering client presentations, both individually and as part of a team, presenting appropriate financial solutions through consultative review and maintaining proactive, regular contact with clients.
- Meeting or exceeding assigned individual sales goals by expanding existing client relationships, closing referrals, and capturing new business growth.
- Employing a disciplined approach to prospecting and maintaining a pipeline by leveraging referrals from both internal and external sources.
- Actively participating in community organizations to source business development opportunities and demonstrate the Company’s commitment to the local community.
- Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of financial wealth management services and products, as well as knowledge of competitors and competitive products.
- Performing other duties as assigned, with the understanding that responsibilities and activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time, with or without notice.
- Complying with all Company policies and procedures, including acting professionally at all times, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of the Company’s clients and Company.
Education and Experience Information:
Education Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience is required.
Experience Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated sales and business development experience with proven results is required.
Licenses and Certifications (Preferred):
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65)
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP)
- Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
- Certified Wealth Strategist
- Licensed Attorney/JD (varies by state)
