Location: San Francisco, CA
Duties:
- Assist in providing legal support for large-scale public civil works projects, including construction, real estate, public contracts, and transportation matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate construction-related contracts and agreements.
- Advise clients on regulatory matters related to public infrastructure projects.
- Manage multiple legal matters efficiently and collaborate with teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Provide strategic legal counsel to clients on issues relating to public contracts, regulatory compliance, and infrastructure development.
- Take ownership of significant matters, ensuring they are handled effectively and proactively.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in infrastructure law, construction law, public contract law, or transportation regulatory law.
- Strong academic background with a proven track record of excellence.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willingness to take on significant legal responsibilities and ownership of matters.
- Admission to the state bar in the location of the office to be based.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Active membership in the state bar in the location where the position is based.
