Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will initial intake, case evaluation, and client management during all phases of litigation. Work with the personal injury team using lead tracking and case management software to provide excellent client service and organization to support the growth initiatives of the firm. Other duties include soup-to-nuts case preparation, including reviewing medical records, drafting pleadings, attending depositions, participating in settlement negotiations, and appearing in court when required. Should have 1+ years of recent experience in personal injury law and/or workers compensation. Should be North Carolina licensed attorney. Should demonstrated experience with personal injury client intake, drafting, deposition preparation, and settlement negotiations.
