Qualifications:
- 3 to 7 years of experience in M&A and private equity transactions in an Am Law 100 law firm
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school
- Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in the jurisdiction of resident office location
