Job Title:
Tax Senior Associate - Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
As a Tax Senior Associate at the company, you will play a pivotal role in providing a comprehensive range of tax services including compliance, provision, and advisory services to both pass-through and C-corporation entities. The focus will be on companies operating in various industries such as manufacturing and distribution, construction and real estate, professional services and technology, and financial institutions. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting in supervising, developing, and coaching professional tax staff.
- Developing and managing client relationships to ensure timely and unmatched client service, thereby exceeding client expectations.
- Representing the company at networking events to enhance market presence.
- Participating in the proposal process for potential new clients and engaging in campus recruiting initiatives.
- Contributing to company-sponsored technical guidance for both internal and external publications and participating in internal learning and development sessions.
- Collaborating with your team to assign projects and resolve any scheduling conflicts.

Education and Experience Information:
Minimum Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant progressive tax experience in public accounting or a combination of corporate tax and public accounting experience.
- CPA license or having secured the educational requirements necessary to satisfy the 150-credit hour requirement for obtaining a CPA license.

Preferred Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, Law degree, or a related field.
- Experience in partnerships.

Candidates should exhibit a strong sense of ownership for delivering high-quality service to clients and have experience managing multiple client engagements. Excellent supervisory, team-building, and time-management skills are essential. Candidates should be able to work well both independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. A solution-finding attitude, willingness to take initiative, and precise attention to detail are also important. The ability to work under pressure and meet target dates is required.

Salary Information:
The salary for this role is determined based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual. The total compensation and benefits package includes salary, group health plan benefits, 401(K), profit-sharing contributions, flexible time off, and parental leave. The company reserves the right to adjust the salary range based on business needs.

New York Salary Range:
- Minimum Salary (USD): $68,400
- Maximum Salary (USD): $120,000
