EY, one of the leading global professional services firms, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Tax Manager to join their People Advisory Services (PAS) Global Equity team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and tackle complex people challenges, ultimately contributing to sustainable business results.
As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing global workforces, providing compliance and advisory services related to global share incentive programs, and advising on HR plans and programs to align with business strategy. You will also have the opportunity to lead project work streams, influence clients and stakeholders, and develop junior resources and peers.
To qualify for this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years of experience in expatriate tax or payroll, and a US CPA license or active state bar membership. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong analytical abilities, and a deep understanding of tax laws and automated tax-processing systems.
