Job Title: Engagement Consultation Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze services and relationships with clients to ensure compliance with auditor independence rules.
- Collaborate closely with Partners, Principals, Managing Directors, and Senior Managers within the company and its service lines.
- Provide guidance on engagement-related independence matters, including services to and relationships with clients, client mergers and acquisitions, and client IPOs.
- Review client corporate or investment structures to identify affiliates as defined by independence rules.
- Conduct research and analysis, draft conclusions and communications, and strategize on next steps with senior team members.
- Develop an understanding of AICPA, SEC, and PCAOB independence rules and the firm's independence policies.
- Interpret and implement new and existing regulations related to permissible non-attest services.
- Participate in policy setting by performing research and drafting communications to increase awareness of independence rules.
- Create and revise training courses and materials to address rule changes and new interpretations.
- Work on special projects both independently and collaboratively with senior members and engagement teams.

Education and Experience Information:
- Required: .
- 5-8+ years of related experience, ideally in a professional services role and environment.
- Proficient in using standard office-productivity tools such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Teams.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Ability to travel 0-10%, based on work and clients served.
- Preferred: Understanding of independence requirements for professional auditing firms.
- Experience in regulatory compliance and/or analysis and interpretation of rules, regulations, and standards.
- Experience in public accounting.
- Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP standards.
- . CPA and/or advanced degree in related areas such as finance, accounting, business, or law.

Salary Information:
The wage range for this role is $114,600-$191,000, depending on various factors, including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and business needs. Compensation decisions are made based on the facts and circumstances of each case. The position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to individual and organizational performance.
