Experience Information:
- 5+ years of experience in government contracts and regulations
- Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and agency supplements
- Experience with bid protests, government contracts litigation and investigations
- Knowledge of small and disadvantaged business programs and processes

- Assisting clients with acquiring Federal Government prime contracts
- Negotiation and preparation of subcontracts, teaming agreements, and joint ventures
- Familiarity with small and disadvantaged business programs and processes
- Representation of clients in mergers and acquisitions involving government contracts
- Advising clients on federal financial assistance awards
