Job Title: Manager/Director - Transfer Pricing
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and advise on planning, documentation, and controversy issues related to all types of intercompany transactions.
- Assist companies in accurately reflecting and monitoring transfer pricing in their financial systems.
- Conduct transfer pricing projects for global supply chains.
- Provide a fully integrated approach to transfer pricing by preparing documents and assisting in defending transfer pricing during audits.
- Model financial outcomes, value intangible assets, and develop practical planning approaches.
- Train associate/senior associates within the team.
- Maintain technical expertise by staying current with changes in industry and legislation.
- Participate in local office and company-wide business development opportunities.
Education and Experience Information:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of six years of relevant experience is required.
- Certification/Licenses: CPA is required. Juris Doctor or other advanced degrees may be acceptable in lieu of a CPA.
- Advanced technical knowledge of transfer pricing concepts is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office products (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
Salary Information:
The wage range for this position is $118,000 – $224,000. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact the position of pay within the range.
