Civil Litigation Attorney/Of-Counsel The candidate will work as Civil Litigation Attorney/Of-Counsel. Manage, supervise and run our civil litigation practice. Ideally looking for someone who would be open to a fee sharing arrangement. This is an ideal situation for an attorney who is looking to start their own practice but doesn't want the stress or costs associated with being a solo practitioner. Office space, staff, and expenses would be taken care of. Responsibility would be to handle the files from beginning to end (with support staff provided). would have the ability to come and go as you please so long as the work is being completed. You must have experience handling civil litigation files and be able to do so with little or no supervision. Trial experience a plus but not required. State Bar Membership (Required).
