Job Responsibilities:

Special Training Programs:
- Participation in an orientation program and ethics discussions.
- Training sessions on using intranet research systems and courses on legal theory skills.
- Writing and taking depositions, with practical exercises including mock depositions and negotiation sessions.
Mentorship:
- Each intern is paired with two mentors: an associate mentor who oversees pro bono projects and a senior associate/senior partner mentor who involves the intern in cases or transactions.
- Mentors facilitate introductions to other lawyers and provide guidance on various matters.
Feedback:
- Interns receive informal feedback and evaluations throughout the summer.
