Job Title: Specialty Tax Services Associate, Business Incentives Group - Summer 2025

Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively assist in the execution of multiple client engagements.
- Collaborate with other professionals within the Business Incentives Group (BIG) in all aspects of the business, including innovating and developing better strategies and processes for services and marketing.
- Establish effective working relationships directly with BIG professionals and clients, both internal and external.
- Contribute to the development of personal technical acumen and the market prominence of the BIG.
- Stay updated with local and national business and economic issues.
- Actively participate in business development activities to further develop a professional network with other professionals and help identify and research opportunities for new and existing clients.
- Contribute to, support, and enhance the culture of the BIG, local offices, and the company as a globally leading professional services firm.
- Perform other duties as required.

Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for focus areas such as Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Communications, or Law.
- Leadership experience is preferred.
- An accounting-based internship is preferred.

Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and intermediate knowledge of Word preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and leadership mentality.
- Ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels within the firm.
- Ability to work independently within a team environment and with a customer service focus.
- Superior organizational and project management skills are required, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong initiative and drive to lead while seeking opportunities to enhance and grow the BIG practice.

Salary Information:
- Salaries offered to candidates are determined after considering factors such as qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
- California Range: $78,000 - $120,000
- Illinois Range: $74,000 - $100,000
- Maryland Range: $75,000 - $100,000
- Minnesota Range: $72,000 - $100,000
- NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $82,000 - $120,000
- Washington Range: $78,000 - $120,000
- Washington DC Range: $75,000 - $100,000
