**Job Title:**
Manager, Transfer Pricing
**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Manager in Transfer Pricing, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with intercompany pricing issues on a global scale. This involves a multidisciplinary approach combining elements of economics, business, finance, legal, and tax principles. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with economists, tax attorneys, business professionals, and tax specialists to analyze and resolve international transfer pricing issues for multinational enterprises across various industries.
- Supervising and leading engagement staff, providing guidance, counseling, and training to Consultants and Senior Consultants.
- Engaging directly with clients to develop a comprehensive understanding of their business and the broader industry context.
- Managing and overseeing detailed economic and financial analyses, as well as complex modeling and empirical analyses.
- Assisting in drafting proposals, document requests, reports, client presentations, and other client materials.
**Education and Experience Information:**
**Required:**
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model, requiring US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week.
- 5+ years of experience in Transfer Pricing within a consulting environment.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or . in Economics, Finance, Management, Business, Mathematics/Statistics, or equivalent.
- Prior supervisory experience.
- Ability to travel up to 25%, on average, based on the work and client requirements.
- One of the following active accreditations:
- Licensed CPA in the state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA.
- If not CPA eligible, one of the other designations listed based on role requirements and business approval:
- Licensed attorney
- Enrolled Agent
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or . in Economics, Finance, Management, Business, Public Policy, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, or equivalent (Master’s or . preferred).
- Other: foreign equivalent of the above.
**Preferred:**
- Previous experience with a Big 4 firm, transfer pricing, or financial experience.
- Highly motivated with a deep understanding of transfer pricing principles, their theory, and interpretation.
- Strong project management and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
**Salary Information:**
The wage range for this role considers various factors including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate is $103,320 to $235,170. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are based on the facts and circumstances of each case. Additionally, there may be eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, with awards depending on individual and organizational performance.
