Job Title: Associate Corporate Counsel, Devices

Job Responsibilities:
- Structuring, drafting, and negotiating licensing and commercial agreements for Amazon's Ring, Blink, Key, and Sidewalk businesses.
- Providing legal support to the business on other legal matters as needed.
- Supporting Amazon’s senior management, technology and engineering, marketing, customer support, business development, sales, supply chain, and information security teams.
- Some travel, both domestic and international, may be required.

Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of 2 years of legal experience.
- Juris Doctor degree and membership in one state bar or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience in private practice or in-house experience at a technology company or equivalent.
- Preferred qualifications include a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work experience.
- Experience in web services/cloud computing, software licensing, telecommunications, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience as a transactional attorney.

Salary Information:
- The base pay for this position ranges from $118,400/year in the lowest geographic market up to $195,700/year in the highest geographic market.
- Compensation is based on several factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Amazon offers a total compensation package, which may include equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
