Law firm Hunton is seeking an experienced attorney for a staff attorney position in their Litigation Team as an eDiscovery specialist. The position will be based in either the Richmond or DC office and requires a Virginia or DC bar membership. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing and coordinating large scale document collection and production, as well as a thorough knowledge of eDiscovery applications and best practices. The attorney will also be responsible for negotiating with opposing counsel, leading deposition preparation, and conducting firm trainings on eDiscovery.

Experience Information:
- Substantial experience in managing and coordinating large scale document collection and production
- Thorough knowledge of industry-standard eDiscovery applications, methods, advanced review technologies, strategies, and best practices
- Familiarity with vetting and using complex technology solutions for document and data review
- Confidence in working directly with clients and colleagues
- High level experience or certification in Relativity and/or Brainspace preferred
- Virginia or DC bar membership required

Responsibilities:
- Design and execute preservation and collection efforts directly with clients
- Negotiate discovery responses with opposing counsel
- Lead deposition preparation work
- Assist in preparing and leading firm trainings on eDiscovery best practices
- Work directly with clients and colleagues to design creative solutions to complex discovery problems and case assessments

Requirements:
- Virginia or DC bar membership
- High level experience or certification in Relativity and/or Brainspace preferred
- Strong problem solving and organization skills
- Confidence in working directly with clients and colleagues
- Familiarity with vetting and using complex technology solutions for document and data review
