Senior Associate Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
The Senior Associate Attorney is expected to join a well-established law firm that has been operational for over 55 years. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing their own practice within the team and contributing to the firm's growth. Key areas of practice include:
- Domestic relations
- Litigation
- Landlord/tenant issues
- Business and transactions
- Criminal law
- Personal injury
- Real estate
- Collections
- Probate

The candidate must be entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with the capability to manage and grow their own client base. Additionally, the attorney should be prepared to work collaboratively with team members across various offices.

Education and Experience Information:
Applicants are required to have a valid Bar license to practice law. The position is designed for attorneys with 3 to 10 years of experience in the legal field. This experience should ideally encompass the practice areas mentioned above. The candidate should possess strong writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Salary Information:
The position offers a salary range of $95,000 to $140,000 per year, with the exact figure being commensurate with the candidate's experience and background. In addition to the base salary, there is an incentive compensation package available.
