Job Title: Attorney-Toxic Tort Partner

Job Responsibilities:
- Taking and defending depositions
- Drafting and arguing dispositive motions
- Preparing for mediations and trial
- Engaging in various stages of the litigation process
- Working with key client teams to deliver results
- Providing strategic legal counsel to clients in the Toxic Tort practice

Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a legal role with a focus on Toxic Tort practice
- Prior experience in taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, and preparing for mediations and trials
- Admission to practice law in California
- Strong writing and strategic thinking skills

Salary Information:
- Annual salary range: $110,000 to $250,000
- Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law
