**About the Position**

We are seeking experienced attorneys to join our Local Government and Employment team at Harman Claytor Corrigan & Wellman. This position offers a competitive salary based on experience and is located in our Richmond, VA office.

**Responsibilities**

- Handle complex and controversial cases in federal and state courts throughout Virginia
- Represent a diverse range of clients including cities, towns, counties, school boards, and private employers
- Fully involved in all aspects of cases from start to finish
- Regular appearances in federal and state courts

**Qualifications**

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in local government and employment law
- Strong knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations related to local government and employment
- Excellent communication and advocacy skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
