**Job Responsibilities:**
- Provide legal advice on Proposition 65 and other environmental law matters
- Advise clients on compliance with state and federal environmental laws
- Assist in the drafting and negotiation of settlements and consent orders
- Represent clients in administrative proceedings
- Represent clients in litigation and appeals
- Prepare and review legal documents
- Research and analyze the latest legal developments in environmental law
- Monitor and report on changes in environmental law
- Assist with the training of other attorneys and staff
**Qualifications:**
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current license to practice law in California
