Deloitte is seeking a Tax Legal Business Associate Senior Consultant to join their rapidly growing organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing corporate governance, legal entity simplification, and reviewing governance structures for clients. This position is available in 9 locations and offers the opportunity to work with a diverse and talented team.

H2: Responsibilities

- Enable annual governance process for clients with a focus on United States compliance
- Support review of governance structures and assessment of corporate documents
- Manage corporate data and proactively identify opportunities for process and technology improvements
- Develop thought leadership materials in the field of Legal Entity Management
- Monitor performance of Legal Entity Management engagement delivery teams
- Advise on proposals and assist with Board of Directors’ and stockholders’ meetings
- Assist with formation, maintenance, and dissolution of legal entities
- Travel up to 50% based on work and client needs

H2: Qualifications

- 3+ years of relevant legal/legal entity management experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with entity management lifecycle and legal technology
- Ability to obtain relevant accreditations (CPA, Attorney, Enrolled Agent, PMP, etc.)
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model
- Ability to travel up to 50%

H2: Preferred Qualifications

- Barred attorney in a US jurisdiction
- Experience in legal entity management, preferably in financial services
- Lean Six-Sigma or Project Management Professional certification
- Knowledge of and experience with Legal Entity Management databases and systems

H2: Compensation

- Wage range estimated at $95,900 to $203,060
- Eligible for discretionary annual incentive program
