The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in construction law and a strong book of business. Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in construction litigation matters, including contract disputes, defects claims, and delay claims
- Conduct legal research and provide written and oral advice to clients
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Manage and prioritize a large caseload
- Attend hearings and mediations
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff within the construction practice group
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

Qualifications:
- JD degree from an accredited law school
- Active member in good standing of the Tennessee Bar
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction law, specifically in litigation
- Strong book of business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Strong research and writing skills
