Job Title: 2026 National Tax Office & Transactional Specialist Entry Level Staff
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in instilling confidence in organizations by ensuring their financial health.
- Provide flexibility in crafting business solutions beyond spreadsheets.
- Address tax issues related to mergers and acquisitions.
- Conduct research on complex tax issues and prepare technical memorandums.
- Assist with international tax structuring and operational issues.
- Prepare tax returns and participate as an integral part of engagement teams for clients.
- Contribute to National Tax Office functions by writing internal and external tax alerts on current developments and emerging planning techniques.
- Support internal tax education functions.
- Handle tax aspects of transactions.
- Engage in meaningful interactions with staff at all levels as well as with clients.
- Deepen knowledge in tax and tax consulting through exposure to both service lines.
Education and Experience Information:
- Strong interest in tax law, demonstrated by completed or planned tax courses before graduation.
- Detail-oriented leader with problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in accounting; or Master’s degree in accounting or tax.
- Must be pursuing an LLM, JD, or CPA license.
- Academic success with a minimum major GPA of .
Salary Information:
- Colorado monthly base range: $7, to $7,
- Illinois monthly base range: $7, to $7,
