Summary Law Firm is looking for an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their quickly expanding practice of plaintiff's personal injury lawyers and supporting case staff in their office in Macon, Georgia. This role will handle motor vehicle liability (MVA) / automobile accident cases, including trial prep, depositions leading to trial, complicated settlements, and in-court jury and bench trials, representing plaintiff clients in and around Macon metro area, Macon-Bibb County and the surrounding areas. The successful candidate will have a law degree (. / JD / Juris Doctor) from a fully ABA accredited law school, be an active member in good standing with the GA bar, and have 2+ years of PI litigation experience (ideally motor vehicle / automobile liability / MVA). Excellent client service and communication skills, superior writing and oral advocacy skills, and the ability to manage high volume of litigation cases and take them to trial are all essential for this role.
