Job Title: Director, Forensic Technology Services (eDiscovery Consulting)
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary client contact and practice leader, providing eDiscovery support using a range of technologies and industry best practices.
- Guide clients in resolving legal matters, offering litigation support for domestic and cross-border disputes, investigations, and various other projects.
- Establish consultative client relationships to guide them toward best practices in eDiscovery support.
- Execute projects involving the identification, collection, processing, review, and production of electronically stored data (ESI) relevant to litigation or investigations.
- Collaborate with clients to implement efficient workflows, proactively identify and mitigate risk, and apply quality control best practices.
- Lead a team of junior professionals in supporting each phase of project delivery.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients and team members, ensuring timely and cost-efficient project completion.
- Oversee end-to-end project management, including planning, resourcing, organizing, and managing staff.
- Lead meetings to review work results, ensuring adherence to eDiscovery best practices.
- Demonstrate expertise in leading eDiscovery tools like Relativity and Brainspace.
- Prepare and update documentation of progress and milestones.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and streamlining.
Education and Experience Information:
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required, with a preference for computer science, information management, data science, or related fields.
- At least 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize information and draw coherent conclusions.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, capable of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks.
- Exceptional client service and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fast learner, eager to adopt new technologies in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Attributes:
- Expertise in industry-standard review and production tools, including Relativity, Reveal, Nuix, Brainspace, etc.
- Extensive experience with standard eDiscovery methodology and best practices, with at least 7 years in client service delivery.
- Sound technical understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
- Experience using Relativity Server and Relativity One as an advanced user and database administrator.
- Experience with document review management is beneficial.

Salary Information:
- The salary range is $130,000 - $175,000 annually, dependent on education, experience, skills, and geography.
- A discretionary bonus program is available, based on individual and firm performance.
