- Assigned to work directly for a Justice in the Commercial Division
- Responsibilities include drafting decisions and orders, assisting with discovery disputes, case scheduling conferences, managing case inventory, reviewing and researching evidentiary issues, drafting jury instructions and verdict sheets, and other related duties
- Appointment is for a one-year clerkship, renewable four times at the judge's discretion
- Position is currently available at Supreme Court, New York County - Commercial Division for Justice Nancy M. Bannon

Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited law school
- Admission to the New York State Bar within 18 months of appointment
Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze complex legal issues
- Draft opinions and orders in complex matters
- Confer with lawyers in discovery and settlement conferences
- Arrange judge's calendar and schedule meetings and conferences
- Provide assistance to the judge in managing and resolving cases
