Position Summary:
The Senior International Tax Consultant role at Deloitte is a highly strategic position that requires a deep understanding of various industries. This role involves providing international compliance and consulting services to both . and foreign multinational clients, while also identifying complex tax issues. As a Tax Senior Consultant, you will work within an engagement team and utilize your knowledge in accounting and taxation to provide tax consulting and compliance services.
What You'll Do:
- Provide tax consulting and compliance services to various client types on the tax implications of their inbound and outbound structures and investments
- Identify basic and complex tax issues and provide tax analysis and recommendations for entities and their affiliates
- Prepare and review work papers, allocations, and tax returns for multinational corporations
- Research and prepare materials for consulting projects related to tax planning considerations
- Assist with developing complex tax projection calculations and models
- Utilize proprietary technologies to streamline tax compliance processes for clients
- Supervise and mentor less experienced tax consultants

Qualifications:
Required:
- Ability to work in a hybrid work model, requiring co-location in person 2-3 days per week
- 3+ years of experience providing tax planning and/or compliance services, with a focus on international taxation
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Ability to travel up to 25% based on work and client needs
- Active CPA license or willingness/eligibility to obtain one
- Previous experience at a Big 4 firm, public accounting, or consulting experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Salary Range: $73,430 - $167,180 (compensation may vary based on factors such as skill sets, experience, and location)
