Job Title: Civil Litigation Attorney - Licensed in Connecticut, DC, DE or New Hampshire
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a litigation team representing debtors in collection cases across multiple states.
- Manage a high-volume caseload efficiently and effectively.
- Engage in state litigation processes, ensuring compliance with legal standards and procedures.
- Supervise and manage staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal team performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies and solutions for client cases.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations to provide accurate legal advice.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Ensure all legal documentation and filings are completed accurately and timely.
Education and Experience Information:
- Must be licensed to practice law in Connecticut, DC, Delaware, or New Hampshire.
- Experience in state litigation is required.
- Demonstrated ability to handle debtor/creditor collection cases.
- Experience in supervising and managing a team is highly desirable.
- A strong track record of handling state litigation cases is essential.
Salary Information:
- The position offers a salary range of $70,000 to $130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Additional Information:
- This is a full-time, fully remote position.
