As a Director in our National Tax Office, you will provide tax, turnaround management, restructuring, performance improvement, and corporate advisory services to our clients. Your role as a Director will involve developing and delivering top-tier tax planning advice, staying ahead of the curve by monitoring and interpreting the latest tax-related developments, and leading and mentoring the Tax practice team. You will also provide high-level tax consulting services to clients and collaborate with colleagues to deliver comprehensive and integrated tax advice. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in the continued growth of our National Tax Office and drive initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of our tax services.

To be considered for this role, you must hold an active CPA license or be admitted to a bar (. in Taxation preferred) and have 7-10+ years of progressive transactional tax consulting experience. You should also possess strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and a sense of personal motivation and responsibility. Additionally, you should have a comprehensive understanding of increasingly complex tax concepts and a track record of developing and maintaining client relationships.

We offer a competitive salary range of $165,000 - $200,000 annually, along with a discretionary bonus program. Our benefits package includes healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD&D, and disability coverages, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
