Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in the practice of law.
- A law degree from an accredited law school is required.
- Outstanding academic credentials are a must.
- Strong writing skills are also required.
- The candidate should have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Previous experience in restructuring and advisory services is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in various distressed situations for public and private businesses, executives, and investors.
- Counsel clients in out of court restructurings and chapter 11 bankruptcies.
- Work closely with the Strategic Advisory and Restructuring Services Department.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
- Communicate with clients and provide updates on case progress.
- Attend meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
- Collaborate with other team members and attorneys to develop case strategies and solutions.
