Job Title: Global Senior AML Compliance Counsel

Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, support, and influence a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
- Counsel, assess, and support an efficient Anti-Money Laundering/Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) compliance program.
- Advise and drive compliance initiatives and programs to comply with applicable global Anti-Money Laundering and sanctions laws and regulations.
- Partner closely with **Members Only**, Global Payments, Internal Audit, and various business verticals to implement and operationalize compliance initiatives and programs.
- Advise on the improvement of technical solutions to monitor, analyze, and report suspicious activity.
- Counsel and work closely with global government relations teams in preparing for impending regulatory changes or revisions to Anti-Money Laundering and sanctions areas.
- Improve and maintain AML/CTF policies and procedures.
- Conduct internal compliance training and education programs with key stakeholders.

Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school.
- Qualified to practice law in the .
- Proven combined legal and compliance in-house experience with a multi-national company.
- Advanced knowledge and recognized expertise in areas relevant to sanctions, AML, Bank Secrecy Act, payments, money transmission, financial regulations, and financial crimes schemes.
- Strong familiarity with regulatory and other related agencies.
- Expert-level analytical skills and exceptional judgment in addressing complex and nuanced issues.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- People management experience and ability to demonstrate leadership and management skills.
- Preferred qualifications include the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage heavy workload volume, and demonstrate creativity in finding solutions.

Salary Information:
Compensation Description (Annually):
- The base salary range for this position is $217,360 - $398,240 annually.
- Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
- Base pay is one part of the Total Package which may include additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
- Benefits may include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year, and 17 days of Paid Personal Time with increasing accruals by tenure.
- The company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs at any time.
