POSITION: Real Estate Transactional Attorney

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist clients in acquiring and disposing of NNN industrial, commercial, retail, and medical properties.
- Draft and negotiate commercial leases.
- Facilitate real estate closings.
- Demonstrate familiarity with tax increment financing and property tax abatement procedures.
- Handle transactions from start to finish with minimal supervision.
- Exhibit a desire to grow a book of business and contribute to the expansion of the law firm's real estate group.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE INFORMATION:
- Strong academic background is required.
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an ABA-Accredited law school.
- Active attorney license in at least one . jurisdiction.
- Ability to promptly obtain admission in the State of Iowa.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate transactions.
