Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with leading technology, life sciences, and growth companies, along with companies across various industries.
- Participate in a summer program that provides ample training and significant client contact.
- Engage in a variety of projects within the practice group, offering a realistic view of practicing law at the firm.
- Develop insight, relationships, and experience to ensure success as a junior associate.
- Explore and experience the law firm, its community, and the clients it serves in the technology and life sciences sectors.
- Participate in social activities to understand law firm life and build social connections for a successful transition into the firm.
- Engage with fellow summer associates, partners, and associates across the firm through various events such as a summer academy, happy hours, dinners, and firm social events.
Education and Experience Information:
- Candidates must be current 2L law students, expected to graduate with a JD degree in 2027.
- Candidates should possess outstanding academic credentials.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required.
Salary Information:
- Compensation for the 2026 summer associate position will be competitive with comparable major law firms in the area.
- For reference, the 2025 summer associates were paid at a rate of $4,327 per week.
- Employees in this role are eligible to enroll in group medical insurance coverage.
