Job Title: Workers’ Compensation Attorney
Location: Cleveland, OH
Experience: 3-6 years minimum on the defense side
Salary: Fully transparent compensation structure with full benefits

Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio
- Experience in handling Ohio workers’ compensation matters
- Experience in general discovery matters, including depositions and preparing motions
- Strong attention to detail, writing and legal research skills, and work ethic
- Entrepreneurial mindset for client development and practice management
- Efficient time-management skills
- Values collaboration and diverse perspectives

Responsibilities:
- Independently handle assigned caseload
- Conduct depositions, interview witnesses, respond to written discovery
- Prepare motions
- Collaborate with team to creatively solve problems
- Contribute to client development and practice management
