Duties
Manage defense litigation matters from case inception through resolution.
Represent clients in a variety of proceedings, including labor and employment, healthcare, and HOA disputes.
Conduct depositions and appear regularly in court for hearings and trials.
Requirements
Minimum two years of defense litigation experience in labor and employment, healthcare, general liability, or HOA matters.
Active membership in the Florida Bar.
Excellent legal research, drafting, and communication abilities.
Proven skill in managing and prioritizing multiple cases.
Education
Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
Certifications
